This bag is pretty good, and for this price I recommend it. The bag is really good and easy to build, you have a choice of putting water or sand (I choose sand) just be aware this bag we’ll be very heavy so make sure you have equipment to move the bag. While sparring with the bag I noticed when the bag is hit hard enough it will start to move, also when kicking the bag it will move a lot side wise and when kicked forward. But other than all of that I would recommend this bag to anyone who loves to do there mma. Just be aware it will move if hit hard enough.This bag is pretty good, and for this price I recommend it.
